Tibetan
“Old Man” Kung Fu was developed to overcome the loss of speed, strength and stamina that occurs with age. It blends
Tibetan internal training with martial
arts principles to develop an approach to self defense that emphasizes using the minimum force needed to control an opponent.
These concepts can be applied to
any style of martial arts.
“Serious
martial artists must be aware of Tibetan “Old Man” Kung-Fu concepts and
their application and adaptability to his, or her, art.”
Professor Al Dacascos founder of Wun
Hop Kuen Do, Kajukenbo
